2009 Yamaha YZ450F

The best just keeps getting better. The bike that started the 4-stroke revolution benefits from a host of engine and chassis improvements for 2009. The transmission had been revised, as have the CDI and “shorty” muffler. Even the swingarm and linkages has gone under the microscope for better balanced handlig and reduced weight. The bike that started the trend just keeps on getting better.
Some times it can be the little things that in the end make the difference.
We have changed a number of big items on the ‘09 YZ450F including the transmission and swingarm, but we didn’t forget the little details either. We’ve added more adjustability to the handlebars, redesigned the rear hub. Heck, we even changed the seat and clutch lever. If you are serious about racing … the 2009 YZ450F is the bike for you.
