@teemohnay wish i could say i own mine. i'm still making payments. also think akbout this to any potential buyers. i'm paying 127$ a month for insurance. granted, it's my first bike and first year riding but price is ridiculous. i thought my insurance would be cheaper with a bike, instead it was the opposite. i realize if i would've gotten a cruiser from the 80's i would probably be paying 10$ a month, but? edmundlancelot is right. this beautiful piece of technology is worth every penny!

I bought my first bike (03 R6) about a year ago have put 6K miles on it haven't laid it down yet. she is a beast everyone worried about starting out on one don't they are very forgiving as long you respect her she will respect you. just don't go off thinking you're a pro GP racer and take? your time to learn.

in all actuality..? careful on what r6 you buy.. between 05-08.. the 07 is the betetr of the set. the 05-06 had oil problems. in 07 they got it figured out.. but in 08.. they put a lot of restrictions on the bike.... still love my r6...

@root9king You mentioned about how many thrashed 600's were in the junkyard and my insurance just further backs that up.? Too many people starting on too much bike. I have been reading your conversation with GibsonElectricl and you brought up the junked 600's Well if kids weren't wrecking them all the time full coverage wouldn't be 8k a year for me lol, just further supports your argument lol.
