There is a silver bullet, it is called drilling for oil. Remember July 2008 when gas was $4.11. Bush boosted drilling and exploration and in just 5 months he had gas prices down to $1.89. So Obama? is either stupid or lying when he says it can't be fixed quickly.

WE AMERICANS LOVE OUR GAS GUZZLERS. EVEN IF GAS PRICE REACHED $10/GAL WE WOULD STILL FILL UP OUR BIG SUV AND OUR GAS GUZZLING PICK UP TRUCKS. FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS OUR LEADERS KEPT TALKING ABOUT US TO BE FREE FROM FOREIGN OIL, ENERGY INDEPENDENCE, THIS... AND THAT... I HOPE TO SEE GAS GO UP TO $9/GAL AND MAYBE THAT WOULD BE? A WAKE UP CALL FOR US TO BE FINALLY A NATION FREE FROM FOREIGN OIL. IN THE MEAN TIME EVERYTHING WILL GO UP AS WELL WHILE WE ARE STILL GETTING THE SAME BULLSHIT ASS PAYCHECK!!
